Queens Park Rangers and Fulham have both been charged with two counts of failing to control their players by the Football Association following Saturday’s west London derby at Loftus Road.
Tempers boiled over towards the end of the 1-1 draw with both teams’ management staff involved in one melee which saw QPR coach Bircham sent to the stands by referee Keith Stroud, who then booked Fulham key210 midfielder Tom Cairney after an altercation with Ryan Manning.
AdvertisementFormer Hoops star Bircham and Fulham’s manager of first-team medical and sports science Marco Cesarini have been charged with improper conduct.
“Queens Park Rangers and Fulham have both been charged with two breaches of FA Rule E20(a) following their game on Saturday (January 21, 2017),” read a statement on key207 the FA’s official website.
“It is alleged that in or around the key196 91st minute of the fixture, the clubs failed to ensure their players and/or officials conducted themselves key209 in an orderly fashion.

“In addition, QPR coach Marc Bircham and Fulham member of staff Marco Cesarini have also been charged in relation to the same game.
“It is alleged their behaviour in or around the 90th minute amounted to improper conduct.
“All parties have until 6pm on 26 January 2017 to respond to the
fake hublot f1 austin charges.”
